VIP Membership is available to individuals 18 years or older. Membership is valid for one (1) year from purchase, is non-transferable, and valid only for the named member.
Benefits expire af the end of the membership term unless renewed. Renewal pricing and benefits are subject fo change.
Membership credit are valid once per membership term and may be used foward eligible services such as repairs, polishing, and battery replacements. Incentives have no cash value, are non-refundable, non-transferable, cannot be applied to prior services, must be used before expiration, and do not roll over.
VIP discounts apply only to eligible merchandise as determined by J&J Diamonds. Discounts cannot be combined with other offers and do not apply fo faxes, insurance, appraisals, repairs, custom work, or special services unless stated. Exclusions may apply.
VIP members receive priority handling but same day completion is not guaranteed. Custom timelines vary.
VIP events and exclusive access are subject to availability, capacity, and RSVP. Invitations ore non-transferable.
Lost or damaged cards must be reported promptly. Replacement cards may be issued ot J& Diamonds’ discretion and may be subject fo a replacement fee.
J&J Diamonds is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions or normal risks associated with repairs, polishing, or other services.
